I got two bags of seafood sensations - one bag surf and turf favorites - One bag of tender and crunchy combo

Next is people food:

New York Bakery Texas toast $2.87 -  on sale buy one get one free - Used $.50 off one manufacturer coupon, that doubled to $1.00 for each item  = .44/ .43 I bought two and that is a savings of $3.74!

New York bakery Croutons $1.69 -on sale buy one get one free - Used $.50 off one manufacturer coupon, that doubled to $1.00 for each item  = FREE AND I made .15 off two bags and .16 on another for a total of .46!

Grand total before sale and coupons was $49.22

  1. You did awesome. I need to read the ads each week. I downloaded an app called Flipp that shows all the ads in the area I live. That way I can make a list and see where to get things the cheapest. Plus look up coupons to save even more. As I rarely get the paper anymore.

  4. Using coupons when something is already on sale is a nice way to do this. I used to clip coupons all the time before we went gluten free. Now, it's more difficult.

    1. Yes it is BUT if you can print the gluten free sites are willing to give out coupons, at least you get to try a product before you pay full price. And you do have to think about money saved on non food items by using coupons.
